The Guild of Overthinkers

This collection of verse pulls together some of my older poems as well as a good deal of new work about the inner workings of my brain, which may be of interest to the people of planet Earth. It’s the stuff of nightmares, anxiety, insomnia, over-thinking, migraines, addiction and compulsion, all dealt with in the cheery format of metric rhyme.

At the back, there are three poems about pragmatic women in my life (my mum, my aunt and my wife), without whom none of this work would have been possible.
